Amanda is an author, yogi, mother, mental health advocate and holds a Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology. She lives in Connecticut with her loving partner by her side, beloved pup Candace on her lap and her passion for horses means a riding session is always in her near future.
Her journey began in speech therapy, but after a decade-long personal struggle with depression, she discovered a deeper purpose. This newfound passion for helping others came to fruition through writing and teaching children.
By blending her academically trained expertise with the restorative energy of movement and mindfulness, Amanda offers children and adults practical strategies to manage emotions and cultivate a life of balance, purpose, and joy.
Amanda’s playful yet intentional energy radiates as she teaches creative yoga poses, guides soothing meditation practices, and creates child-friendly activities. These methodic tools teach the benefits of childlike wonder, mindfulness and emotional health that can not only be felt within, but passed on to loved ones.
